We strongly believe that top quality results could only be achieved by top quality professionals, and so we are hiring only the most talented people with solid experience in their area - 3 years as a bare minimum. Furthermore, all of our .NET developers are certified or in the process of certification by Microsoft. (Our other developers are certified by the appropriate authorities depending on the technologies they are working with.)

We try to keep our teams small and highly motivated, as this has proven to lead to most satisfactory results for our clients.

Our work process model is well-established and follows the general ideas of Agile Development:

• We develop software in close cooperation with our clients, who have 24 hours full access to their software at all stages of the development process
• Any suggestions or feedback from the clients are welcomed through all the stages of the development
• We take continuous attention to the quality of our software in matters of usefulness, good looks and performance
• We always try to keep things simple, and so our bureaucratic overhead is minimal – typically a project is fully planned, researched and started in 1-2 days after the initial request
• Continuous management and control over the quality of our work is possible thanks to our internal project tracking system that allows us to track all the aspects of a project’s development process, client communications, etc.
